Founded in 1996, Wind Enterprises, Inc., is a corporation committed to the personal and professional development of the business executive and career woman. The company offers one-day leadership development conferences, business weekend retreats on land and at sea, as well as customized leadership development programs for corporations and small businesses, all led by national and international experts who provide women leaders with new tools for self-development and career enhancement. The Possible Woman Leadership Conferences explore proven techniques that help prepare women to take control of their careers, balance work/life issues, become stronger leaders, and make significant contributions to their community.

Wind Enterprises has offices in Atlanta, Georgia, and Dallas, Texas. A portion of all proceeds will benefit the Possible Woman Foundation International, a 501(c) (3) organization, founded by Linda Wind in 2001, to award academic scholarships to the women leaders of tomorrow who are pursuing non-traditional roles or occupations, and to connect them with women trailblazers in these challenging industries.
