The Leadership Mastery Series has four powerful components: The Analysis Interview, Individual Assessment, Personal Coaching and Leadership Workshops.

The Analysis Interview: Our Process begins when we learn about your business goals and the critical core competencies you need to sustain business growth and achieve a competitive advantage in your market. Working with you in an in-depth interview, we define the leadership capabilities that complement your current initiatives and identify programs that will build them. If you are just beginning a leadership development program, we will create a comprehensive foundation to enhance performance today and support sustained growth in the future.

Individual Assessment: The second component of our process is an extensive battery of individual assessment instruments, including measures of decision making, communication, thinking and work style preferences. These assessments highlight leadership strengths to build on and identify areas for improvement. We incorporate the data from the assessments into current metrics for your organization and develop a plan targeted at your company’s specific needs.

Personal Coaching: Coaching is critical to your success. It moves individuals toward the achievement of group competency. Personalized plans are based on the strengths, development opportunities and personality preferences revealed by the individual assessments, plus in-depth dialog with each participant. The coaching process integrates business and personal goal setting tracks progress and reinforces relevant information from the leadership workshops.

Leadership Workshops: Our workshops are customized leadership skill building sessions. They can be presented in half-day, one-day or two-day time frames and can be scheduled monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly. Skilled facilitators are selected for their expertise and experience; they collaborate with you and our coaches so that each session focuses on specific needs and goals.

Throughout the Leadership Mastery process we partner closely with you to ensure that new learning results in improved performance.
