Pricing includes conference fee, room cost, food and beverage, all breaks, internet connectivity, and all taxes and gratuities. Items of a personal nature such as alcoholic beverages, gift shop purchases or spa services by BLUE MedSpa are not covered.
All pricing is based on availability; attendee placement in the rooms at the Inn and Serenbe guest cottages are on a first come, first served basis.
Note: To receive the Early Bird VisionQuest Conference rate noted above, registration and payment in full is due by April 30, 2010.
Attendees wishing to stay at The Inn at Serenbe must act quickly; only the first 40 women who register will be able to stay at the Inn. Alternate accommodations are available in the Community at Serenbe, just minutes away.
Tax Deductible:
An income tax deduction may be allowed for educational expenses undertaken to maintain or improve professional skills, which could include registration, travel, meals, and lodging. Please consult with your tax adviser regarding the tax deductibility of the conference.
Cancellation Policy:
Present to April 30, 2010: $95 administrative fee
May 1 – June 30, 2010: $250
July 1 – July 9, 2010: No refund, Substitutions allowed
